Our custom kart suit is built for karting, not for fire: a comfortable cotton or a durable Cordura outer shell, cotton side stretch panels, 360° arm gussets and your choice of quilting stitch color.
Graphics are unlimited: full-color digital printing or sublimation for your colors, name, number and sponsors. It’s made to your measurements and has no SFI or CIK rating, so check your kart series’ suit rule first.

01Is the custom kart suit fire-rated?+
No. It’s karting gear with no SFI rating, made for abrasion and comfort rather than fire. If your class requires an SFI-rated suit, start with a single-layer SFI 3.2A/1 suit such as Blaze, Thunder or Pulse.
02Which shell should I pick, cotton or Cordura?+
Cotton if comfort comes first; Cordura if you want the more durable outer shell. Both come with cotton side stretch panels and 360° arm gussets.
03Can I put any graphics on a kart suit?+
Yes. Kart suits take unlimited full-color digital printing or sublimation, plus embroidery, in your colors, with your name, number and sponsor logos.
04Do you price-match the custom kart suit?+
