FervoGear (“FervoGear,” “we,” “us”) builds fully custom, SFI-certified race suits in the USA. This policy explains what information we collect through customracesuit.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site you agree to the practices described below.

Information we collect

We only collect what we need to design your suit and run our site:

• Information you give us. When you request a free mockup, ask a question, or place an order, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, body measurements, and the design and sponsor artwork you share with us.
• Information collected automatically. Like most sites, we log basic technical data — IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed and referring links — through analytics tools.
• Marketing & advertising data. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and similar conversion tools to measure ad performance and reach drivers who may want a custom suit.

How we use your information

• To create your mockup, pattern your suit to your measurements, and fulfill and ship your order.
• To respond to questions, send order updates, and provide support.
• To operate, secure and improve the site and our products.
• To measure marketing, and — where permitted — show relevant ads. We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences, understand traffic, and support advertising measurement. Our site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. A parent or guardian should handle orders for minor drivers.
