This is general policy information, not legal advice — please have a qualified attorney review it for your situation.Every FervoGear suit is built one at a time to your exact measurements, colors, sponsors and design. Because each suit is custom and made to measure, it generally cannot be resold or returned — so the rules below are different from off-the-shelf gear. Our goal is simple: a suit you’re proud of and that fits right.
Custom items are non-returnable
Made-to-measure and personalized products — including custom race suits, embroidery and sponsor branding — are not eligible for return, exchange or refund for reasons of fit preference, change of mind, or design choices you approved. This is standard for custom safety apparel and is why we take so much care up front.
Our sizing-approval safeguard
To make sure your suit fits, we confirm your measurements and design before production begins. We provide measuring guidance and review your numbers with you; production only starts after you approve them. Following our measuring instructions carefully is the best way to guarantee a great fit the first time.
If the error or defect is ours
If your suit arrives with a workmanship or material defect, or it was not built to the measurements and design you approved, we will make it right at no cost to you:
- Remake or repair. We’ll repair the suit or remake it to the correct specification — our choice, whichever best resolves the issue.
- Return shipping covered. When the issue is on our end, we cover return shipping both ways.
- Defects. Genuine manufacturing defects are also covered under our Warranty.
How to request a remake or repair
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We’ll review it quickly, confirm next steps, and provide a return label if the suit needs to come back to us. The faster you reach out, the faster we can turn it around.
Order changes & cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually update details before production begins. Once your suit has entered production it cannot be canceled or changed, since materials have been cut and work has started.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved (for example, an order canceled before production), it is issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank to post it.
