What is a women’s custom race suit?
A women’s custom race suit is a driving suit drafted on a female pattern block — shaped for the bust, the waist-to-hip ratio, and a typically shorter torso and different inseam — instead of a resized men’s suit. The protection is identical to our flagship: double-layer Nomex® certified to SFI 3.2A/5.
A generic men’s suit “sized down” fits women poorly — it pulls across the chest, gaps at the back, and bunches at the waist and seat. Because ours is cut to your measurements, it sits right standing and seated, so nothing distracts you in the car.

A women’s suit is drafted with bust shaping and front darts so the chest panel follows your shape — not a flat, boxy men’s block that pulls and gaps.
- Waist-to-Hip Taper
We pattern the true waist-to-hip ratio so the suit nips in at the waist and gives room through the hips — no excess fabric bunching at the seat or back.
- Shorter-Torso & Inseam Option
