These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of customracesuit.com and your purchase of custom race suits and related products from FervoGear (“FervoGear,” “we,” “us”). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in an unauthorized way, or use it to infringe anyone’s rights. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, including measurements and design details.

Custom orders

FervoGear suits are made to order to your measurements and design. By placing an order you acknowledge:

• Measurements, colors, sponsor logos and design selections you approve are used to build your suit. Please confirm them carefully — production begins from the approved order.
• You confirm you have the right to use any logos, names or artwork you submit, and you grant us permission to reproduce them on your suit.
• Because each suit is custom and made-to-measure, our Returns & Refunds Policy applies — custom items are generally non-returnable.
• Estimated timelines (typically about 3.5 weeks of production plus transit) are good-faith estimates, not guarantees.
• Prices, specifications and availability may change until an order is confirmed.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, graphics, photos, logos and the FervoGear name — is owned by or licensed to FervoGear and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our written permission. Artwork and logos you submit remain yours; you simply license us to use them to produce your order.

Disclaimers

Our products are flame-resistant safety gear certified to the applicable SFI standard, but no garment can guarantee protection from injury, fire or death. You are responsible for choosing the correct rating for your series, wearing the suit properly with appropriate underlayers, and following all sanctioning-body rules. Except as required by law and our written warranty, the site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FervoGear is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. The “last updated” date above shows the most recent revision.
