Every product here is made to order. Start from one of FervoGear’s six named designs, or from scratch, and your custom race suit is built to your measurements with your colors, name, number and logos.
Each one begins with a free design proof, usually within 24 hours, and you pay only once you’ve approved it.

Nothing here ships off a shelf. You approve a drawing of your exact product before anything is made, and you pay only after that.

Send 17 body measurements for a suit, or your glove and shoe sizes.
- Build and ship
Suits usually arrive 5–6 weeks after approval, gloves and shoes in about 3–4 weeks, with free shipping in the contiguous U.S.

01Are these suits pre-made?+
No. Every suit, glove and shoe is made to order: you start from a design, or from scratch, and FervoGear builds it to your measurements after you approve the proof.
02Can I change a design’s colors?+
Yes. Each named design is a starting point: recolor the piping or the panels, and add your name, number and sponsor logos. Revisions to the proof are free and unlimited.
03Which suit should I choose?+
Start from your class rules: single-layer SFI 3.2A/1 suits are for lower-risk racing, double- and triple-layer SFI 3.2A/5 suits for higher-risk racing, and kart suits carry no SFI rating. Our guide explains what SFI rating you need.
04How do I pay?+
You pay after approving your proof: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or PayPal, or pay in 4 interest-free installments or over 36 months with Affirm on qualifying orders.
05Do you ship outside the U.S.?+
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is free in the contiguous U.S.; international buyers pay any import duties, taxes or fees.
06Do you sell to teams?+
Yes. Email support@customracesuit.com with the quantity, suit type, logos, deadline and SFI rating for a team quote.
