Phoenix is the high-visibility yellow design built as a double-layer SFI 3.2A/5 suit.
It has two layers of Nomex® with a premium Nomex® inner lining, made to your measurements with your colors, name, number and logos laid out in a free design proof.

01Submit the form
Pick your suit type, colors and logos in about 30 seconds. Your first mockup usually arrives within 24 hours.
02Approve your proof
Go through it with your designer and change anything you like until it looks right.
03Send measurements
Fill in the sizing form so the suit is cut to your body.
04Production
FervoGear builds it, then sends you photos of the finished suit before it ships.
05Delivery
UPS to your door, with tracking. Standard delivery is usually 5–6 weeks; expedited about 3.5 weeks when eligible, for an added fee.

Yes. Phoenix has two layers of Nomex® with a premium Nomex® inner lining and is certified to SFI 3.2A/5.
02Can Phoenix be made in my team’s colors?+
Yes. Your designer can recolor the piping and panels for your team and add each driver’s name and number; for several suits, email support@customracesuit.com for a team quote.
03What comes with the Phoenix package?+
Free custom gloves ($150 value) at $799, or free custom gloves and shoes ($400 value) at $899, plus the free design proof and free shipping in the contiguous U.S.

05How long does the Phoenix suit take?+
Your first mockup usually arrives within 24 hours. After you approve it and send your measurements, standard delivery is usually 5–6 weeks, or about 3.5 weeks with Fast Track production ($149) when eligible.
06Can I return a custom suit?+
It’s made to order in your size and design, so it can’t be returned once production starts, except for a manufacturer defect. Before that, you can revise the proof as often as you like.
