Our triple-layer suit is the top of our range: three layers of Nomex® with a premium Nomex® inner lining, certified to SFI 3.2A/5, the same grade as our double-layer suit.
There’s no fixed design. Your designer starts from your colors, car and sponsors, and you revise the proof until it’s right; the suit is then cut to your measurements.

Pick your suit type, colors and logos in about 30 seconds. Your first mockup usually arrives within 24 hours.
02Approve your proof
Go through it with your designer and change anything you like until it looks right.
03Send measurements
Fill in the sizing form so the suit is cut to your body.
04Production
FervoGear builds it, then sends you photos of the finished suit before it ships.
05Delivery
UPS to your door, with tracking. Standard delivery is usually 5–6 weeks; expedited about 3.5 weeks when eligible, for an added fee.

Triple-layer suit questions
01Does a triple-layer suit have a higher SFI rating?+
No. It’s certified to SFI 3.2A/5, the same rating as our double-layer suit; it isn’t a 3.2A/15 or 3.2A/20 suit, so check your class rules if they ask for more than 3.2A/5.
02Is there a set design for the triple-layer suit?+
No. Your designer starts from your colors, car and sponsors, or from a design you upload, and you revise the proof until it’s right.
03What does the triple-layer package include?+
The suit with free custom gloves ($150 value) for $899, or with free custom gloves and shoes ($400 value) for $999, plus the design proof and free shipping in the contiguous U.S.
04How much does the triple-layer suit cost?+
$899 with free custom gloves ($150 value), or $999 with free custom gloves and shoes ($400 value). Options such as arm-restraint D-rings ($20) are priced separately.
05How long does the triple-layer suit take?+
Your first mockup usually arrives within 24 hours. After you approve it and send your measurements, standard delivery is usually 5–6 weeks, or about 3.5 weeks with Fast Track production ($149) when eligible.
06Can I return a custom suit?+
It’s made to order in your size and design, so it can’t be returned once production starts, except for a manufacturer defect. Before that, you can revise the proof as often as you like.
