Shipping Policy

This is general policy information, not legal advice — please have a qualified attorney review it for your situation.Every FervoGear suit is custom-built to your measurements and design, then inspected by hand before it ships. This policy explains how long that takes, what it costs, and how delivery works in the US and abroad.
Free US shipping
Shipping is free on all custom race-suit orders within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses. There’s no minimum order — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Production & delivery time
Because each suit is made to order, most orders are produced in about 3.5 weeks, plus a few business days in transit. From the day you approve your design and measurements, plan on roughly 4 to 5 weeks to delivery for US orders.
- The clock starts once your order, measurements and design are fully approved — not the day you first inquire.
- Rush options may be available for an additional fee on some orders — ask us before you order if you have an event deadline.
- Peak seasons and complex multi-color or heavy-embroidery designs can add a little time.
Tracking
When your suit ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. If you haven’t received tracking within the estimated window, contact us and we’ll check on your order right away.
International shipping
We proudly ship FervoGear suits worldwide. International shipping is quoted based on destination and is calculated at checkout or provided with your quote. International production and transit times are similar to US orders, with a bit more time for carrier delivery depending on the country.
Duties, taxes & customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees set by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your country’s rules before ordering. Customs processing can occasionally delay delivery beyond our control.
Address accuracy & lost packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we ship to the address provided. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
