What is a dirt-track racing suit?
A dirt-track racing suit is a flame-resistant driving suit — almost always a double-layer SFI 3.2A/5 Nomex® build — designed for the punishment of circle-track racing: flying clay, a long season of features, and the constant rub of belts, the seat and the cage. The /5 is the TPP rating: roughly 10 seconds of fire protection, versus ~3 for a single-layer suit.
For sprint cars, late models, modifieds, street stocks and IMCA-style classes, SFI 3.2A/5 is the norm tech inspectors expect. We build that standard fully custom — with a mud-shedding outer weave and reinforced high-wear panels — to your design and your measurements.

Built for dirt & circle track
- Double-Layer SFI 3.2A/5 Nomex®
Two bonded layers of flame-resistant meta-aramid — the certified build dirt and circle-track tech requires, worth roughly 10 seconds of fire protection.
- Mud-Shedding Outer Weave
A tightly woven outer that sheds clay and mud and rinses clean — so the suit still looks sharp after a full night of hot laps and features.
- Reinforced Seat & Lower Back
We double up the high-wear panels that take the abuse from the seat, belts and cage on a rough track — so the suit survives the whole season.
- 360° Gussets + Stretch Panels
Underarm gussets and back/crotch stretch panels keep a double-layer suit mobile so you can wheel and brace through a bumpy main.
- 100% Custom Track Design
Your colors, panels, car number, sponsors and embroidered name — designed with you, free, with unlimited revisions.
- Free Gloves + Shoes ($400)
Every custom dirt-track suit ships with matching SFI-rated gloves and shoes included.

Real flame. Real Nomex®. Zero damage.
We held an open flame to the exact double-layer fabric in every dirt-track suit. It didn’t ignite, melt or drip — that’s the ~10 seconds the “/5” rating buys you when an on-track incident turns into a fire.
- Won’t ignite — flame-resistant at the fiber level
- Won’t melt — chars in place to prevent burn-through
- SFI 3.2A/5 certified, independently tested

Built to take a dirt-track beating
Certified to SFI 3.2A/5, the double-layer Nomex® chars instead of burning — it won’t ignite, melt or drip, giving you roughly 10 seconds to get clear of a fire on a packed circle track. That’s pro-grade protection, in your colors.
Then it’s built to last: a mud-shedding outer that rinses clean, reinforced seat and lower-back panels, and 360° gussets with stretch panels so the suit moves with you — feature after feature, season after season.

How to measure for a race suit →What customers say about us
I'm next-level PICKY. My first custom suit was a K1 suit and it sucked — stitching fell out, fit terribly, came back from alterations just as bad. Then I heard about FervoGear. Skeptical at first, but their designs were great and they're MADE IN AMERICA. We went all in and ordered four 3-layer suits — they all came out awesome. Super comfortable.
FervoGear's suits are hands down some of the best in the industry. We constantly get compliments on how sharp they look — people assume they must have cost thousands of dollars, yet they're surprisingly affordable. We've put them through intense conditions, including a few fires in the race car, and they still look brand new.
The entire process from start to finish was incredibly smooth. I sent over some basic design ideas and logos, and their design team created an amazing proof within 24 hours. They were happy to make several small adjustments to get everything perfect. The suit arrived right on schedule and the quality is outstanding!
FervoGear created a custom race suit for me and it has been an incredible experience. They delivered a perfectly fitting suit and went above and beyond by including free Nomex® gloves. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. Even more impressive — I had it just 3.5 weeks after ordering, with free shipping.
We love our one-piece race suit. The quality and looks were exactly what we were looking for — we ended up ordering a two-piece suit too. Thank you so much!
I ordered a custom full suit and realized too late that I also needed a sponsor logo for compliance with my team's agreements. The team was super quick to help and got it all sorted for me. Really happy with the service and will order again.
